Description:
STAT Response is seeking dispatchers who are friendly, efficient, and effective customer service representatives. This position serves as the first and primary link between the company, its employees, its customers, patients, and contracts. Candidates must possess a strong ability to organize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously. They must also demonstrate efficient performance during intense and stressful situations. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
Requirements:
- Must be currently certified as an Advanced First Aid or greater, or 6 months of relative experience.
- Successfully complete the company’s orientation and training process and prove familiarization with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, offering compassionate patient care, performing medical treatments, and operating EMS equipment. All applicants must meet insurability requirements as set forth by the company’s insurance provider and company guidelines. Applicants must possess all current licenses and certifications required of a State of Washington EMT.

Training Officer
Position Purpose:
This individual will instruct CBTs, First Aid CPR & AED and other related courses; and participate as an Emergency Responder Supervisor.
Key Job Functions:
- 70% of time will be teaching (CBTs, First Aid CPR)
- 10% of time will be participating as an Emergency Responder Supervisor and educational support (Skill testing for CBTs, Refresher courses, CPR/PR)
- 20% of time duties as assigned to include:
- Assist in scheduling classes, make all necessary class preparations
- Conduct record keeping responsibilities for classes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Specifications and Competencies:
- Current experience in the pre-hospital care.
- Experience as an EMS educator with Department of Transportation training for instructing Emergency Medical Technician (Basic) and First Responder classes (Recommended)
- Knowledge of Washington State Emergency Medical Services
- Degree in a health related field or 5 yrs experience and training equivalent (Recommended)
- Emergency Medical Technician, prefer Nationally Registered
- AHA or ASHI Instructor or equivalent
- Washington State Vocational Technical College Instructor (Recommended)
- National Safety Council Defensive Driving Instructor or equivalent (Recommended)
- Department of Transportation instructor training for Emergency Medical Technician and First Responder classes or equivalent (Recommended)
- Firefighter 1 Training and / or Firefighter Instructor Credentials (Recommended)
- Hazardous Materials Training
- ICS 100 and NIMS 700
Marketing Officer
Position Summary:
Manages existing accounts, secure new contracts, and expands the market share with event promoters, motorsport parks, industrial facilities, and other locations that may require onsite EMS or training.
Essential Functions:
- Maintaining regular contact with existing and potential clients.
- Represents STAT Response in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Works with colleagues and management in order to ensure that objective are met for the marketing department and STAT Response.
- Creates and presents customer satisfaction reports monthly.
- Provides community education.
- Ensures effective control of marketing results, and if necessary implements corrective action so the marketing departments’ objectives are within the designated budgets.
Qualificaions:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing preferred, however, pertinent work experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience employed in the EMS or Health Care Industry
- Proficiency in the following forms of communication; verbal, written, listening, and presentation.
- Must be 21 years of age
- Emergency Medical Technician, prefer Nationally Registered
- Firefighter 1 Training (Recommended)
- Hazardous Materials Training
- ICS 100 and NIMS 700

STAT Response is a twenty four hour per day, three hundred and sixty five day per year operation. This position could include working weekends, evenings, and or holidays.
